Now im out all the money i saved for the down payment but out of a vehicle as well because of misinformation, and Tomika not doing her job, Please help before they repo. I tried to make a resolution for the whole amount of $250 plus another $250 that will be due on June 10th to no avail.
If that was the case, why would American Gen call on the 5th to tell me I was a week late? Now American General is reposessing my car. This was never told to me, and was never mentioned the 2 times I made the back up to Lexington. When I reached out to Tomika B**** on this on the 5th, Tomika called back but i was working and could not answer so I sent text, She said I was to make first payment to her and then set up rest of payments by phone from there and to contact them (American General) not her, I have the text. I advised I shouldnt haver to check my account if they had done their job. She advised that i should have checked my bank account to confirm this and was extremely rude and said car would be repossessed. Called to inform me my payment was a week late! I informed them that I was set up with automatic payment to be taken out.
A few days after that on June 5th, 2022 American Finance Co. (yes I have proof of this) and was even offered gas compensation that I never recieved.

She set up automatic payments for American General to automatically taken out of my account in amount of $250.00 bi weekly for a 2017 ******* ******, On 2 occasions i have had to take time out of my work to travel back from London ky to Lexington Ky to correct my address changing *** * ***** ** to *** * ***** ***, in my opinion should have been corrected without having me drive all the way up there for, Then on second occasion was to get a picture of my drivers license and bill that she already had. which is 1 hour and 30 minutes away from where I live on May 14 2022. Purchased a car from Tomika B**** at American Car Center, Lexington Ky.
